Manage the review lifecycle in a clear and intuitive table
The “Reviews” tab is the central hub for tracking and coordinating all review processes within the organization. A transparent table view provides key information for each review — including its status (e.g., planned, in progress, cancelled), participants, opening and expected closing dates, as well as assigned numbers and changes.
- Clear table view – all reviews gathered in one place with instant insight into their status and details
- Advanced management options – action menu allows quick preview, editing, opening, or cancellation of a review
- Full process control – assigned participants and metric data enable real-time monitoring and change history
This feature helps streamline and professionalize review handling, ensuring full control and immediate access to details without needing to navigate other systems.
Review Categories
Manage structure and organization in the review process
The “Review Categories” tab provides convenient management of thematic groups to which individual reviews are assigned. The tabular view displays key data such as the category name, creation date, and the user who created it.
- Clear category list – quick access to all defined review groups along with essential information
- Edit capabilities – easily adapt the structure to the organization’s evolving needs with editable category entries
This simple yet valuable tool organizes the flow of review documentation and supports consistent categorization. Combined with the “Reviews” tab, it creates a coherent and highly functional system that streamlines activity tracking, improves transparency, and significantly enhances control over the entire review management process.
Overview – Basic Information
Complete context of each review in one place
The “Basic Information” view provides essential details about a given review, organized into two clear tabular sections. The first includes administrative data such as the review name, unique identifier, planned date, review time frame, and the person responsible for approving the final results.
The second section, “Review Participants,” displays a list of involved team members along with their assigned roles in the process.
- Full review identification – clear base data that immediately clarifies the nature and timeline of the review
- Team transparency – access to participants and their roles supports communication and accountability
The basic data view gives you a quick understanding of the scope, schedule, and personnel structure of any review. It serves as the ideal starting point for further analysis, ensuring clarity and organization even in the most complex processes.
Overview – Input Data
Clear analysis of review content – from input signals to concrete conclusions
The “Input Data” and “Output Data” sections provide functionality that lets you dive deep into the substantive aspects of each review. Information is displayed using thematic tiles — for example: Resource Adequacy or Status of Actions Taken Following Previous Reviews — each linked to the relevant ISO standard (e.g., ISO 9001).
Each tile can be expanded to reveal more details. Input tiles present the specific information analyzed during the review, while output tiles contain the conclusions and recommendations resulting from that analysis.
- ISO context in practice – each section is linked to a specific standard clause, supporting easier compliance management
- Dynamic data presentation – expandable tiles offer quick access to key information without overwhelming the interface
- Balanced insight – combining input and output data gives a clear view of the entire review process — from diagnosis to decision
This flexible and transparent approach to review data ensures compliance while delivering high analytical value. It’s an ideal tool for quality teams and management seeking clarity in evaluating actions and outcomes.
