The list view is a detailed table with a full range of information about orders, enabling quick filtering, editing, and access to documents. The intuitive menu next to each record allows efficient production management without unnecessary clicks.

Customer Orders

Certainty of Execution from A to Z.

Customer Orders is the control center for the entire service process – from order reception to settlement. All data, documents, and actions are available in one place, allowing you to act quickly, precisely, and without mistakes.

The module makes it easy to transition smoothly from a quote to an invoice, ensuring efficient customer service and organizing each stage of execution.

Add Order

The “Add Order” form allows for the comprehensive creation of new orders, ensuring full control over all necessary data. In the first tab, you enter all key information such as the order number, customer, priority, customer requirements, and delivery date, enabling precise definition of the most important details and parameters of the order.

In the second tab, you can add individual order items, specify the choice of technology, quantities, or execution deadlines. This gives you full flexibility in adapting the order to current production requirements and the ability to track the progress of execution accurately.

Order Preview

The order preview view provides a complete picture of its current status along with key commercial and production information. At the top, the order number is displayed along with its availability status – if needed, it can be locked to proceed to the next stages of execution.

The details are divided into clear sections: Buyer, Delivery, and Payment, making it easy to verify contact and logistical data. The item table presents products or services along with quantities, prices, and an indication of whether they relate to the commercial or production area. The items are labeled with the customer’s order number or the ZP number, facilitating their identification and tracking in further stages of the process.

At the bottom, a financial summary is provided – net values, delivery costs, total amount, and outstanding balance. There is also an option for currency conversion – e.g., to PLN, EUR, USD, or other, according to the customer’s requirements.

Ever since we implemented this module, managing orders has become simple and transparent. We no longer have to click through dozens of tabs – everything is in one place, organized logically. The Kanban view works great for planning stages, while the detailed list lets us quickly verify invoice data or completion status. I recommend it to any manufacturing company – it saves time, reduces errors, and gives full control over the order fulfillment process.
