Dashboard

Quick Access to Key Production Metrics.

The Dashboard is the central hub for monitoring the most important production parameters. Here you’ll find data on recorded working time, reported issues, as well as the quantity and total length of produced pipes — each metric is available in real-time, per shift, and on a monthly basis. Additionally, project statuses and operation summaries measured in cm/hrcm are visualized to instantly assess production efficiency.

The Dashboard is more than just a collection of numbers — it’s a decision-making tool that supports production at every stage, boosting efficiency and reducing the risk of delays.

Kanban Board

The intuitive Kanban board displays the entire production cycle in real time – from pending tasks, through those in progress, to completed ones. Thanks to its column-based layout, both workers and managers can quickly locate each order, check work progress, execution time, assigned personnel, and workload of individual sections. Everything is gathered in one clear view, without the need to analyze complex tables or reports.

The Kanban tab streamlines production planning and tracking, providing a full view of the shop floor — with a focus on real-time updates, clarity, and rapid response.

Branch Production – Kanban

Full control over branch production orders.

A dedicated Kanban board for branch production provides fast and efficient management of all work stages – from order creation to completion. The left column groups all tasks into “In Progress,” “Pending,” or “Completed,” offering an instant overview of each item’s status. The center of the view features a visual Kanban grid with machines and workstations, such as “Grooving Machine,” where specific orders are placed (e.g., “Branch Production ZP-001“). Each card displays the number of items to be produced and a progress bar, allowing users to assess work advancement without opening additional windows.

The Branch Production Kanban board is an essential tool for operational teams needing real-time, visual task status — with no extra clicking or guesswork.

Production Order (PO)

Add orders faster, easier, and with a clear plan.

The PO form is an intuitive tool for creating new production orders in the Branch Production – Kanban section. It allows users to enter all key information such as order number, name, creation date, and expected completion date. Users can also add notes and attach documents or technical files by clicking the file upload field.

For even greater efficiency, it’s possible to optionally add specific items to the order, including: branch type, production method, quantity, individual deadlines, and comments. This function is especially useful when the order has already been pre-planned and simply needs to be recreated in the system — without manually entering everything from scratch.

The PO form streamlines order registration and eliminates confusion — enabling precise data entry and production planning even before the work begins.

The system has introduced a whole new level of quality to our daily operations. For the first time, we have full control over the entire process – from order intake and task breakdown on the Kanban board to real-time progress and team work time tracking. I particularly value the Dashboard tab – it’s clear, concise, and gives me an instant overview of what’s happening on the shop floor.
