Payment Calendar

Your finances in sync with due dates

Gain full control over your company’s finances with a clear overview of upcoming receivables and payables. The intuitive payment calendar displays all key financial events in one place, allowing you to quickly assess the situation. Color-coded markers greatly simplify the analysis – green fields indicate income, while red fields indicate expenses, helping you instantly see what needs to be paid and when, or what payments to expect.

Each entry opens a detailed window with information about the payment, including contractor details, due date, and amount. Additionally, the user can immediately settle the payment or link it to an accounting document. The system also allows you to set reminders, so no payment goes unnoticed. This functionality combines convenience, control, and time savings, becoming an essential tool for daily financial management.

An intuitive interface allows you to quickly filter between payables and receivables, while a color-coded capsule view eliminates the risk of confusion. Everything is designed to help you make decisions in advance and manage your cash flow effectively.

The main calendar screen is your operational hub, where financial planning becomes simple, transparent, and forward-looking.

All Payment Details in One Place

Insight that supports your decisions.

When clicking on a payment capsule (receivable or payable), the user instantly receives a complete set of information about that specific payment. The clear “Payment Information” screen displays all essential details: payment type, name, notes, operation date, net/gross amount, currency, category, and the linked account. Everything is available right away, with no need to search elsewhere in the system.

The user can immediately proceed with settling the payment using the “Pay” button, which opens an additional window. It includes the settlement details: amount due, amount already paid, remaining balance, currency, input field for amount, and payment date. This is especially useful for partial payments – the system automatically updates the payment status.

Thanks to this functionality, you not only save time but also gain peace of mind – no payment will be missed, and everything is ready when you are.

Import List

Complete history of import operations.

The “Import List” feature provides a comprehensive view of all data import operations into the Payment Calendar. With a clear summary, users can easily check when and what type of data was imported, how many records were included, and what the operation status was. This practical tool not only enhances operational transparency but also helps quickly identify any potential errors or inconsistencies.

Clicking the edit icon takes the user to an extended view containing:

Basic informationimport type, operation date and status, execution time

Import statistics – full summary of results: number of processed records, number of errors, added and updated items, and those that were skipped

This is an extremely useful extension of the calendar module, allowing you to continuously monitor integration processes with external data sources—like ERP systems—and gives you full control over the quality and effectiveness of your operations.

A key tool for effective day-to-day financial management. The clear calendar allows for a quick overview of upcoming income and liabilities, while the ability to instantly review details and quickly settle payments greatly improves the efficiency of our finance team, helping us avoid delays.
