Thanks to advanced filters, ERP synchronization, and flexible data presentation options, users can quickly compare balances, check exchange rates, and switch to analysis mode, which displays the data in a clearer, more analytical format.

The ability to select a time range, intervals (weekly, monthly, quarterly), currency, and quickly update exchange rates and account balances ensures that users always receive up-to-date, consistent, and valuable summaries. Additional buttons for shortening the analysis period (e.g., +1m, +3m) and the option to save parameters make it easy to return to previously configured reports.

This module combines flexibility with precision, creating an environment that supports quick financial decision-making.

The Accounts and Exchange Rates sections are key components of the Analysis module, ensuring the reliability and accuracy of financial data. They allow users to easily monitor current account balances in various currencies and track exchange rates in real time, which directly influence multi-currency analysis outcomes.

In the Accounts area, users have access to a list of company accounts, assigned currencies, current balances, and the date of the last data refresh.

The Exchange Rates section collects current quotations of major foreign currencies, with the option to add any currency (including EUR, USD, GBP, CHF), along with the date of the last update. This ensures that all financial analyses conducted in different currencies reflect real market conditions and are consistently converted.

The overview of accounts and exchange rates in the “Analysis” module forms a solid foundation for precise financial analysis — both domestic and international. All data is at your fingertips, always up to date, and ready to support critical decision-making.

The module offers great flexibility in data configuration and filtering, which from my perspective as an analyst is crucial. It’s an excellent tool for creating custom data cross-sections without the need to involve the IT department. The intuitive time shortcuts like +1m and +3m are a very convenient addition.
