The Warehouse module provides quick access to inventory levels and full control over goods movement – from receipt to issue. Its three-part structure – Warehouse, Documents, and Orders – enables intuitive navigation through data, while filtering functions and advanced views make it easy to find the information you need.

The Warehouse module combines operational order with work flexibility. It helps employees complete tasks faster and gives the company confidence that nothing is missed in the material flow.

Documents

Complete records.

The Documents tab is where all warehouse receipts and issues are clearly recorded. Each document contains key details: who created it, when, what type of operation it represents, and which items it includes. Additional actions allow you to quickly preview the details or download the selected record as a PDF.

Orders (ZK)

Connections, deadlines, control..

The ZK tab gathers all documents related to contractors and orders. It allows you to track key links (e.g. with invoices, purchase orders, or work orders), payment deadlines, and statuses. From a single view, you can preview data, issue an invoice, or generate a new order.

ZK is the hub of commercial and production connections. It simplifies the management of document flow, responsibilities, and deadlines – with no unnecessary clicks.

Order Preview

The order preview view provides a complete overview of its current status, along with key commercial and production information. At the top, the order number is displayed along with its availability status – if needed, the order can be blocked to proceed with the next execution steps.

Details are organized into clear sections: Buyer, Delivery, and Payment, making it easy to verify contact and logistics information. The item table displays products or services along with quantities, prices, and a label indicating whether they belong to the commercial or production area. Each item is marked with the customer’s order number or internal ZP number, which helps with identification and tracking throughout the process.

At the bottom, there is a financial summary – net value, delivery costs, total amount, and outstanding balance. A currency conversion option is also available – e.g. to PLN, EUR, USD, or others, based on customer requirements.
